      How to use this

      Your shift

      1. Start shift → read the handoff note.
      2. Loads tab: every rolling driver has an open load with PU + DEL appts (date and time). Hit Picked up when he leaves the shipper. Until then ETA is judged against pickup; after, against delivery.
      3. Shift start sweeps: one per driver with More opened and everything filled.
      4. Every 30–40 min: DUE NOW strip → tap → change what changed → Save. Weather fills itself.
      5. Stopped, no reason: 📞 on the card, call, log as CALL.
      6. Hourly call: mood / fuel / parking under More.
      7. By 6 PM: every card Parking YES. Red = escalate.
      8. Problem: Flag issue on the card.
      9. Delivered: Loads tab → Mark delivered.
      10. End shift → one line per driver → summaries + handoff written for you.

      Reading the board

      1. Tap a driver's name → history drawer: last 30 sweeps, open load, issues.
      2. Map tab: every driver on a map, colored by alert. Click a pin for details.
      3. Search / filter / group above the cards when the fleet gets big.
      4. 🔔 Alerts once per shift: sound + notification when a driver passes 40 min or goes red.
      5. Wrong entry? Undo on the toast within 5 min.
      6. Phone: Share → Add to Home Screen.

      Weekly (Fri) / monthly (1st)

      1. Reports → This week / This month → Run.
      2. Check On-time %, open issues, risk points.
      3. Type the four boxes. Copy. Send to Mike.

      If it is not logged, it did not happen.

      End shift

      One line per driver = where they are, what's next. Writes the end-of-shift summary for each and the handoff note.
